This is one of the best movies ever made. In a soft-core version, you'd find it in gay film festivals. Honest. No hyperbole. No lie. Lush, gorgeous, inventive videography accents powerful acting performances by every single actor. Sexual versatility is common throughout the film, and is especially pleasing in the first scene as prostitute Dave Russell and john Michel D'Amours trade back and forth to copious orgasms. Intense sexual performances abound: Pimp DiMarco breaks in new boy Michaels by whoring him relentlessly; call boy Russell is gangbanged by three jocks (Carrington, Sterling, and West) who then beat and rape him mercilessly when he tries to say "no"; escort Young, desperate for cash, lets john Logan Reed punish him sexually and physically; and drunken Danes whores himself for alcohol with seedy Hightower. Based on the movie "Leaving Las Vegas," the movie is carried on the powerful acting shoulders of drunk Alec Danes and prostitute Dave Russell. It was no small task making a film so dependent on dialogue work, but director LaRue worked a miracle with actors, sex, and sets. This wonderful film was also the vehicle for come-backs of some of porn's most longed-for stars-Alex Carrington and Michel D'Amours. If you don't get this one, you will regret it. Very much.

The production values for this adaptation of "Leaving Lost Vegas" are simply top notch. Most of the guys are equally first rate. Although their bodies are not as hard and sculpted as you might find elsewhere, they are nearly all trim, toned, buff to beefy, and a pleasure to watch having some of the hottest and best filmed sex I've seen on video in a long time. In a nutshell, alcoholic Danes falls in love with hooker Russell. The video opens like a long Obsession commercial, followed by one of the vid's hottest scenes: client D'Amours and Russell suck and fuck in a hotel room overlooking the Strip. D'Amour's cumload is the thickest and messiest of this video, which he lets loose as Russell fucks his ass. This is not mechanical pornfuck; Russell beautifully lays into D'Amour's hole. Pimp DiMarco and Michaels suck and fuck in a whirlpool bath (some nice overhead shots). Asian Young sucks and gets fucked by psychotrick Reed. What a hole Young has! Check it out! Hightower blows a sauced Danes. Football players Sterling, West and Carrington hire Russell for a gang bang, cum ALL OVER Russell, and eventually beat him up. Finally, Danes and Russell reconcile poolside and in the shower with a hot suck and fuck session. Video quirks: spitting on dicks, sex partially clothed, fucking in the plow position. I'm not sure what kind of erotism Danes' alcoholism lends to this video, but overall the sex is so arousing and satisfying that this is a video I'd want to have in my permanent collection.
