Silvio's call boy business skims its cream from the top of the Prague gay sex market in Payload. It's the male version of Hollywood Madame Heidi Fleiss' business plan, Czech style. From the exquisitely decorated, lavishly furnished mansion that is his base, to the vintage wine and gourmet food he serves, the atmosphere exudes only luxury, and his reward is a high-end clientele to do a male hooker proud. Silvio is played by the incredibly hunky Julian Vincenzo, a gorgeous find, the latest in a string of stunning High Octane headliners. His macho good looks are on display in six of seven scenes, and he dumps big white loads in four. He takes the viewer on a tour of his world, a steady parade of well-connected repeat clients, with the occasional detour into kinky alternative Prague, which turns out to be the spawning ground for a charmingly romantic one night stand.

Male escorting is his lifelong dream. He confides this at the outset in a welcome voice-over narration that heightens the connection for the English-speaking High Octane fan. The narration is only one of several production innovations, all well executed. Two, and three-part split-screen segments allow simultaneous views of the action from several angles, which helps a lot when there is as much taking place as in this video. Handsome also employs artful lighting to attain a dim ambiance closer to the atmosphere of real-life sex than typically found in porn.

There's so much going on throughout High Octane's excellent Payload that you'll absolutely kick yourself if you don't pick it up.
