Decades after its late-70s release, the landmark Joe Gage Trilogy still holds up amazingly well. The film possesses studly atmosphere, macho romance, and stunning erotic action captured in its most glorious detail.
Confident and ballsy superdaddy, Richard Locke, co-manages the long-haul "Kansas City Trucking Co" with partner, Jack Wrangler. He relocates to the "El Paso Wrecking Corp." in order to partner with Fred Halsted. Eventually, Locke brashly chucks everything, making another bold move to "L.A. Tool and Die" in pursuit of handsome Will Seagers, whom he falls for at first glance in a bar. We follow Locke from city to city as he witnesses or participates in all manner of man sex from groin-tingling dream sequences to raunchy bathroom orgies.
Along the way, this fantastic trilogy captures highlight sex scenes, such as superb roadside couplings and groupings of truckers, bikers and hitchhikers, making this an eminently watchable epic.
Each part of this vintage trilogy delivers full-blown orgies, with loads of cum eating and face-coating eruptions. We get an appreciation for Joe Gage 's cinematic magic, for example, in a KCTC orgy sequence ingeniously alternates misty fantasy images with the real sounds of squeaking cot springs and graphic shots of pounding oral and anal sex.
Other sequences with the magic touch: Halsted introducing King to man love in a tavern basement as King's wife, Marchaud, pleasures herself ("El Paso"); Boyd and Wrangler making it in Locke's daydream ("Kansas City"); two awesome glory hole scenes (Seager and Falconberg in "Tool & Die"; Locke and three T-room tramps in "El Paso"); a great voyeur scene with Victors ogling while Paul Barresi plows wife, Becky Bitter ("Tool & Die"). It's the only scene with a condom, a full one that Barresi flings away. The circumstances of the Locke/Seager, happily-ever-after closing strains credulity, but their flip-flop fuck with multiple cum shots makes any suspension of disbelief pretty painless.
