Karl Bruno is an undercover vice cop looking to bust an all-male bordello masquerading as a massage parlor. According to the opening voice over, he'd almost prefer to be dodging bullets than dodging dicks, but you wouldn't know that from looking at him.
He applies for a job at the "massage parlor," and in his first minutes at the scene of the crime, he catches a glimpse of Drew Andrews with a john, nebbish businessman Nick Roberts.
