This is the premise for Black Power and White Surge. It's a good flick, Guys. The couplings between the black guy and the white guy are fantastic, as the black guy is always on top, and the white guy is always right there for it.
The set up is thus: Jack Simmons and his co-worker, Mike Radcliff, investigate the problem at Tower 55. Jack is pissed at Mike because of what Mike didn't do the other night, which was suck Jack's cock.
