Before I watched "Taggers," I went back and viewed Phil St. John 's 1985 epic, "Getting It, a favorite of mine for years. Presently, I am seeking out more recent St. John films because I appreciate his style and understand his vision.
The opening credits feature a clever, X-rated rap tune ("writin' on the wall, y'all, fuckin' in the hall, y'all...while I'm doin' my thang") performed by Lucky Starr, that sets the tone for the film, which concerns a sex-crazed gang that "tags" the public walls of L. A. with graffiti. Leader, Vandal (Gura) owns the shop where the gang buys their paint supplies and Marker (Bobby Brennan), the blond on the box cover, works for him and dreams of the day when he can become his lover.
Vandal is a handsome, big-dicked NY Puerto Rican who is hairy and has an awesome crotch (no shaved balls here!) In a threesome with super hung Jason Sizemore and Lexx Parker, Lexx bravely bottoms for the two top studs, taking on both cocks in a scorching double-fuck.
Marker tricks with delivery guy Anthony Holloway right in the store. It's just a blowjob, but this is some hot shit ending with both shooting heavy loads. I love this movie! It achieves what all porn should strive to attain: getting the spectators aroused and making them want to jerk off. St. John accomplishes this by creating situations that develop the atmosphere for libidinous sex. His casts are huge, thus giving his viewers variety from which to choose favorites. Gura will be a star and very sought-after by other studios once they see him in this. He's stunning and very talented, but needs a last name.
