Your privacy is important to RAD Video, Inc. This privacy policy discusses the privacy issues and practices for http://www.radvideo.com, including the types of information we gather and track, how we use that information, and with whom we share it.
Information we collect:
"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address, or telephone number. RAD Video only has access to the personally identifiable information that you provide. We cannot determine your e-mail address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to other information on your computer.
If you join the site, purchase products or services or sign up for our mailing list, you must provide us with enough information to enable us to process the requested transaction. This includes, at a minimum, personally identifiable information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Members also select, and thereby provide, a username and password combination.
Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidential. We will never intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are compelled to do so by law (in response to a subpoena or court order).
RAD Video Does Not And Has Never Sold Our Mailing List (email or snail mail) We will never sell your name or other personally identifiable information to anyone else.
How we use the information:
The personally identifiable information you provide is used only to process the transaction you requested and occasionally to provide you with special offers from RAD Video. For example, we may from time to time send you notices and/or emails to introduce a product or service. On all the forms where you provide this information to us there is an option to opt out of these emails and notices. You may also opt-out of receiving emails and notices by sending a statement to that effect via our contact page or mail to the addressą below.
Regarding your order shipments and catalogues:
All orders are shipped in plain boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. UPS shipments, and large USPS orders are shipped in plain brown boxes.
The return address for ALL shipments say "RAD, Inc.", and do not say "RAD Video" anywhere.
Catalogues are mailed in discrete promotional envelopes with our return address and a small logo. They do not say anything about adult material on the outside of the envelope.
All orders are processed and ship out within three business days unless one or more of the items you've ordered is back ordered. USPS usually delivers your package within 3 days after we ship them out to you. UPS can take up to 2 weeks. So please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.Unless arranged ahead of time, express shipping (2nd day, Next Day, Fed Ex, etc.) is sent AFTER the order has been completely processed in-house (see below). For example if you want a video sent to you FedEx, that means that we will ship it to you via FedEx when we are done processing the order, it doesn't mean that if you place an order today, you should expect FedEx at your door the next morning (although, that has been known to happen). If you need an order by a specific date, then please feel free to contact us and we will let you know if it is possible. We will always try our best to work with your deadline.
All orders are shipped to you in their entirety. This means that if you've ordered five items and one of these items are on backorder, we will wait to get that item in before shipping it to you. Most orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. If we have to order an item that we do not carry in stock, shipment depends on the length of time it takes for us to get the item. If you wish to have a partial shipment sent to you please call us to make those arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply. We ship only UPS ground and US mail, both of which, depending on where you are, can take from 1-10 days (within the USA).
