Terms And Conditions

1. RAD Video Gift Certificates may be redeemed and used only on http://www.radvideo.com by persons above the age of 21.
2. Gift Certificates may only be given to persons 21 years of age and older.
3. Acceptance of use and license terms required.
4. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase other gift certificates. Unused balances are nontransferable, but are usable for credit on future RAD Video orders.
5. A credit card or other means of purchase must be used for purchases that exceed the amount of the Gift Certificate.
6. Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
7. RAD Video is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
8. RAD Video, Inc. make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificates and disclaim any warranty to the fullest extent available.
9. Your sole available remedy shall be replacement of a Gift Certificate.
10. RAD Video, Inc. reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
11. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. Risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates passes to the purchaser on transfer.
