Think You Have What It Takes?

Here's what RAD Video is looking for: males 18 to 23 years old who look young, clean cut, in-shape, well hung with toned bodies, are healthy and have personality. We'll consider guys up to 25, but they must look young and hot. Beautiful young men of all ethnic types, with height above 5'5" are considered. Moderate body hair, some piercing and unobtrusive body art is acceptable. RAD prefers working with fresh faces, not established porn stars. So, if you haven't done magazine work, if you've haven't done video or web site work yet, we might be interested in you.

What Does It Pay?

For reasons of privacy, we don't talk about pay on this FAQ sheet. We discuss that with you once you've been hired by RAD Video.

I've Done Some Adult Work Before. Can I Still Model For You?

Although we specialize in new, first time guys, it doesn't automatically eliminate your chances of working with us if you've done some work in the past.

OK, I'm Ready! What Do I Do Next?

Send us an email telling us about yourself (age, physical stats, contact info, etc). Attach at least 3 or 4 pictures of yourself. We suggest a close-up of your face, a shot front and back of your whole body, and a shot of you from the side. Nude shots make our process much easier, but aren't entirely necessary. What Happens After That? How Do I Get Chosen?

Our screening process and determinations are based on the following: (1) Your self pics; (2) The info you send us about yourself; (3) Your personality, availability, sincerity, and ability to cooperate. It is of utmost importance that your information be complete and honest. Our initial evaluation process is your audition, so if you're going to approach us, please take it seriously. Guys with major attitude, drug problems, criminal backgrounds, mental deficiencies, and extreme social dysfunction (you know who you are) needn't waste our time. The producers at RAD Video are not therapists, babysitters, surrogate parents, bail bondsmen, detoxers or matchmakers. If you require any these, try working with another company.

Then what happens?

We will contact you for further information and let you know what projects we are working on and when we'll need you. Prior to going into production, we'll arrange a face to face meeting with you. Once we've decided that you're that guy we've been looking for, we'll begin discussion of your contract.
