If any VHS Tape or DVD you receive fails to perform due to manufacturer's defect, we will ship you a replacement of the same title at no cost to you. You must return the defective video using the pre-paid postage label you received with your shipment and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained below. You may ship the merchandise in the box it came in or any other box of similar size and weight. You must ship the return within 30 days of the original purchase date or you will be charged full price for it.
If you receive an incorrect item or format, do not open the item's wrapping - we will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them.
RAD Video does not accept returns on the following items: Lubricants, Books, Magazines, Toys and all other items that are not DVD's or VHS tapes.
All returns must be received within 45 days of the shipping date of your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service representatives.
