Shopping Cart Ordering

The fastest and most convenient way to order is by using the "Order Now" buttons placed through out our site. Clicking on one of these buttons adds your selection to your personal "Shopping Cart". When our system finishes adding your selection, you are returned to the previous page you were on and may continue browsing through our store and adding items to your "Shopping Cart". You may review your "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the link at the top or the "Shopping Cart" link at the bottom of any of our product pages.

When reviewing the items you selected in your shopping cart, you may unselect any item you do not wish to order. After unselecting any items, be sure to click on the "Update Order" link before selecting the "Place Order" link. When you are finished shopping and you select the "Place Order" link, our system will ask you for your shipping address and your credit card number. For those of you using a browser that handles SECURED transactions (such as Netscape 2.0 or greater) this is entered via a SECURED page. The system keeps track of your purchases, and will provide an estimated total, notincluding any discounts or membership fees which are verified when you order is processed at our office. If you do not have a browser that handles secured transactions, see the fax and phone options below.

The security of placing credit cards online is a hotly debated topic. We at RAD Video believe that it is easier for your credit card number to be stolen and used at your local gas station or restaurant than on our secured server. For those of you who do not want to place your credit card online, you may still place your order online, select the button for phoning in your credit card and call us with your credit card number, 1-800-722-4336. You may leave a your information on our message center if we are not able to answer the phone.

Phone Or Fax It In

Due to recent governmental regulations, we can't take your first order over the phone. You'll need to submit your order either online using our "Shopping Cart" system, our manual order form, or you can mail or fax your order in by printing our text order form.

After your first order, you can:

  • Call us toll free at 1-800-722-4336 -- If our message center picks up your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please leave a detailed message. You may leave your order on our message center but please speak clearly and leave a return phone number.
  • Fax your order to 1-619-230-0365
  • Email your order to and we can use the credit card information we have on file from your first order.

Regular Shipping, Express Shipping And When You Can Expect Your Videos?

All orders are processed and shiped within three business days, unless one or more of the items you've ordered is backordered (see below for details on backorders). USPS usually delivers your package within 3 days after we ship them out to you. UPS can take up to 2 weeks. So please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Unless arranged ahead of time, express shipping (2nd day, Next Day, Fed Ex, etc.) is sent AFTER the order has been completely processed in-house (see below). For example if you want a video sent to you FedEx, that means that we will ship it to you via FedEx when we are done processing the order, it doesn't mean that if you place an order today, you should expect FedEx at your door the next morning (although, that has been known to happen). If you need an order by a specific date, then please feel free to email us and we will let you know if it is possible. We will always try our best to work with your deadline.

Processing Your Order And Backordered Items

All orders are shipped to you in their entirety. This means that if you've ordered five items and one of these items are on backorder, we will wait to get that item in before shipping it to you. Most orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. If we have to order an item that we do not carry in stock, shipment depends on the length of time it takes for us to get the item. If you wish to have a partial shipment sent to you please call us to make those arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply. We ship only UPS ground and US mail, both of which, depending on where you are, can take from 1-10 days (within the USA).

RAD Video Does Not And Has Never Sold Our Mailing List
  • Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidental. We will never sell your name to anyone else, nor, will we use your information to promote our goods and services unless you specifically request it. We will not put you on our mailing list unless you ask us to do so by emailing us or ask to be put on our mailing list via the special instructions on our order form.
  • All orders are shipped in plain boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. UPS shipments, and large USPS orders are shipped in plain brown boxes.
  • The return address for ALL shipments say "RAD, Inc.", and do not say "RAD Video" anywhere.

Our Guarantee - Returning Merchandise

Our Guarantee - If any product you receive fails to perform due to manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately. We will ship you a replacement of the same item at no cost to you and include instructions and postage to return the defective video. You must then return the defective video within 30 days or you will be charged full price for it.

If you receive an incorrect item or format, DO NOT OPEN IT - we will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them. You will need to contact us to receive a return authorization (R.A.); we will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise. We will not replace it with a different title.

Returns for any other reason are handled on a case by case basis.

Our product reviews are subject to the likes and dislikes of the reviewers. They are independent writers and therefore, we can not guarantee the accuracy of the reviews. These independent reviewers help us provide our customers with honest reviews but we cannot accept returns because you didn't like a video and/or don't agree with a particular review.

All returns must be made within 45 days of the shipping date of your purchase. Before returning your product please email or call us with your request. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#). We do not accept returns without an RA#. Our customer service representatives will give you exact instructions.
