"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address, or telephone number. RAD Video only has access to the personally identifiable information that you provide. We cannot determine your e-mail address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to other information on your computer. If you join the site, purchase products or services or sign up for our mailing list, you must provide us with enough information to enable us to process the requested transaction. This includes, at a minimum, personally identifiable information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Members also select, and thereby provide, a username and password combination.
Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidential. We will never intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are compelled to do so by law (in response to a subpoena or court order).
RAD Video Does Not And Has Never Sold Our Mailing List (email or snail mail) We will never sell your name or other personally identifiable information to anyone else.
All orders are shipped in plain boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. UPS shipments, and large USPS orders are shipped in plain brown boxes.The return address for ALL shipments say "RAD, Inc.", and do not say "RAD Video" anywhere.
Catalogues are mailed in discrete promotional envelopes with our return address and a small logo. They do not say anything about adult material on the outside of the envelope.
