Finley McClean (Adam Awbride) is very protective of his widowed stepfather, Ronnie Shepherd (Dale Savage), especially since Finley's mother passed away. So protective, in fact, that Finley has convinced Ronnie not to leave the house. Despite the pandemic waning and normal life resuming for many, it hasn't for Ronnie, and Finley intends to keep it that way. Meanwhile, Craig Gray (Joel Someone) is fed up with his stepson James Lawson's (Dylan Hayes) attitude. In a moment of frustration, he calls James a "cunt," not realizing this ignites something wild in his stepson. Surprisingly, Craig doesn't mind the change.
